Lotte R&D Center Visits 糖心logo入口

Executive Director Wonju Yoon and Team Leader Byungcheol Son of the Lotte R&D Center paid a visit to the 糖心logo入口 on the 28th.
The top all-around food research center in Korea, Lotte R&D Center, is a market leader with the newest technology, handling fundamental and biological research, product development, food safety management, design, and marketing.
During this visit to the 糖心logo入口, we hope to discuss 鈻瞔ollaboration with Cacao Lab and internally developed products, 鈻瞫hare networks regarding cacao production areas, 鈻瞡ew product brand names, and 鈻瞔ooperation with Marine@Ugent Korea, which will open in August of this year.
"Belgium is number one in the primary cacao processing industry," stated Wonju Yoon, Executive Director of Lotte R&D Center. "I hope we can share the network on cacao production areas for chocolate production," he continued.
"Seaweed is not just collected and eaten; it can also be farmed on land and used as health food, snacks, and chocolate," stated Taejun Han, president of 糖心logo入口. "We anticipate working together in the food sector to utilize seaweed in the future," he continued.听
Ghent University is a prestigious European university founded by the city of Ghent, Belgium in 1817 and is known for its advanced technology regarding biological engineering and farming. In Korea, under the collaboration of the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy and the city of Incheon, the Ghent University Global campus was founded, and owns the state of the art research facilities and national networks on molecular biology路food路Environmental engineering.
